He understands that comfort is everything in life. Whether it be where you lay your head at night or where you thrive in your workspace, Rourke wants to help.
The HVAC Guy has over 13 years of experience from Naval thermal engineering to maintaining the Largest zoo in the PNW and animal comfort, and everything in between.
He has over 6 years in Residential/Commercial Heating and cooling and much more. He earned his HVAC Degree in 2008 from San Diego City College.
Rourke will not quit until there is a win all solution. The HVAC Guy holds numerous certifications most competitors DO NOT.
Rourke lives on integrity, determination , and has a pure passion for kindness, along with heart; trying to make the world a more comfortable/happier place one home at a time.
When The HVAC Guy is not wearing his indoor air quality cape he is focusing on raising 3 beautiful children on his own.

Rourke was our HVAC professional today. I have to say, the service was brilliant. Top notch. High quality. Rourke immediately diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, did a thorough cleaning (our unit hasn’t been serviced in 15 years,) checked the Freon levels, lifted the heat pump on blocks, tested the system, and walked me through our thermostat settings. Amazing. Took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Offered me options, along with the costs involved with each option. He obviously cares about his work and making his customer (me!) happy. What a refreshing change from the typical “out to make a buck” service call. HVAC Guy Rourke Ketchum came to our house today to address our problems with our heater not working correctly. Rourke arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and diagnosed the problem. He explained in detail what the problem was, and even took a video to show me the broken part. He gave me the options for repair, but also took the time to thoroughly explain how our zonal heating system works.
